We offer a return period of 7 days from the date of delivery receipt for the exchange of defective items only. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we are unable to accept returns for any other reasons. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Kindly expect a production timeframe of approximately 3-3.5 weeks for all items, unless otherwise stated. The production process commences shortly after the store is closed, usually within 1 week. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification. Please allocate a period of 3-5 days for your order to reach you once it is in transit.
Please note that we cannot assume liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. As a customer, you bear full responsibility for your purchases. In the event of a lost package, we recommend reaching out to USPS or your local carrier to track the package or file a lost package report.
It is important to provide accurate shipping details. We kindly request that you verify the accuracy of your address as we cannot be held responsible for any mistakes. Address changes can be accommodated if the order has not yet been shipped. In the event of non-delivery due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping fees.
